ARCFOX Alpha T5 REEV Pre-Sale Starts Oct 14: 215km EV Range & HiLUCK-Powered Journeys

October 13 – ARCFOX has officially announced its anticipated mid-size SUV, the Alpha T5 REEV. Pre-sales for the new model will begin on October 14. The company expects a full market launch by the end of October.

The vehicle has already completed its regulatory filings. It will feature a 1.5-liter range-extender powertrain. This system delivers an impressive 215 km CLTC pure electric range, perfect for daily emissions-free commuting.

A Fresh and Dynamic Design

Visually, the new Alpha T5 adopts a brand-new design language. Distinctive L-shaped headlight assemblies flank the sleek, enclosed front grille, creating a novel and futuristic appearance. Muscular lines on the hood give it a powerful stance. Meanwhile, air ducts on the lower bumper add a touch of sportiness.

From the side, the vehicle showcases a clean, layered profile. Flush, hidden door handles and a subtly rising waistline combine with flared front and rear wheel arches to enhance its dynamic presence. At the rear, the Alpha T5 features a popular coast-to-coast taillight and a large diffuser. These elements reinforce its sporty character.

The SUV measures 4760mm in length, 1936mm in width, and 1650mm in height. It has a wheelbase of 2845mm.

Efficient Power and Anxiety-Free Range

The powertrain is the heart of the Alpha T5 REEV. It uses a 1.5-liter range-extender system where the generator has a maximum output of 77 kW. The primary drive motor delivers a robust 200 kW of power and 360 N·m of torque. This enables the SUV to accelerate from 0-100 km/h in just 6.5 seconds.

For energy storage, the Alpha T5 REEV will use LFP battery packs from EVE Energy and CATL. These provide a pure electric range of 215 km (CLTC), which is more than enough for most daily urban travel. The total combined range reaches an extensive 1,215 km, effectively eliminating any range anxiety. Furthermore, the vehicle supports fast charging. It can replenish its battery from 30% to 80% in only 15 minutes.
