Official: Volvo EX60 Debuts Jan 21 with >700km Range on SPA3 Platform

Recently, we learned from official Volvo sources that the Volvo EX60 will officially debut on January 21.

Furthermore, the official teaser images reveal that the new car inherits the latest minimalist design language of the Volvo family. Significantly, engineers developed this new vehicle using the SPA3 pure electric platform, while retaining classic lighting elements.

Exterior: Minimalist and Iconic

Regarding the exterior design, the Volvo EX60 continues to use the iconic “Thor’s Hammer” headlight design. Consequently, we expect the overall front face to look very similar to the Volvo EX90.

Moving to the rear, we can see the signature vertical taillight group design. Notably, the license plate frame remains positioned on the rear bumper. Overall, the entire body possesses a relatively large size, promising ample interior space.

Powertrain: Over 700km Range

Technically, the new car will provide two powertrain options: single-motor two-wheel drive and dual-motor four-wheel drive.
