No dia 4 de setembro, obtivemos um novo conjunto de fotos de espionagem do próximo sedan Leapmotor Lafa5 a partir de publicações nas redes sociais de Cao Li, Vice-Presidente Sénior da Leapmotor, e Xu Jun (Tiger), COO. Este novo veículo fará a sua estreia oficial no Salão Automóvel de Munique de 2025, que terá início a 8 de setembro.

Design e caraterísticas

Based on the official images, the Lafa5 uses Leapmotor’s family design language. It features a star-ring full-width light strip and a closed front grille for a modern, stylish appearance. The large trapezoidal air intake below the grille adds to the car’s sporty feel. It is also worth noting that, based on previous teasers, the Lafa5 will offer a choice of two intelligent driving solutions: a LiDAR-based option and a pure vision-based option.

The side profile shows hidden door handles, which help to further optimize the vehicle’s drag coefficient and improve its driving range. The rear of the car features a full-width taillight group, creating a visual echo with the front lights. The large rear spoiler also adds to the sporty feel of the vehicle.

Official details on the Lafa5’s powertrain have not been announced yet. However, we have learned from other sources that the car may share a pure electric powertrain system with the Leapmotor B series.
