On September 2nd, Changan Auto officially released its August sales figures, revealing a total of 233,000 vehicles sold. New energy vehicle (NEV) sales reached 88,000 units, representing an impressive 80% year-on-year growth. Avatr Technology Vice President Wang Jinhai highlighted the brand’s strategic collaboration with Huawei, CATL, and Changan Auto. He outlined a clear product roadmap: after a recent update to the Avatr 06<\/a>, the brand will launch a refreshed Avatr 07 in September, followed by a new Avatr 12 in October. Looking ahead, a new luxury large SUV is planned for next year. By 2030, Avatr aims to have a total of 17 models to meet diverse customer demands.<\/p> Deepal also reported strong numbers, with global deliveries reaching 28,235 units in August, up 40% year-on-year and 4% month-on-month. In addition to these strong sales, Deepal is set to unveil its new L06 model on September 8th. The L06 will feature a new, modern, and stylish design. In terms of dimensions, the vehicle is 4830mm in length, 1905mm in width, and 1480mm in height, with a 2900mm wheelbase.<\/p> As for power, the pure electric version will be equipped with a 200 kW motor. The extended-range version will use a 1.5L range extender with a maximum power of 72 kW, paired with a 175 kW electric motor.
