Mercedes-Benz сообщает о высоких продажах в третьем квартале 2025 года, обусловленных ростом спроса на электромобили на 22%

Mercedes-Benz has released its sales results for Q3 2025. The figures show impressive growth and a successful pivot towards electrification. In total, the luxury automaker sold 525,300 vehicles, with major gains in its electric and high-end segments.

Electrification Strategy Pays Off

The brand’s focus on electric mobility is clearly resonating with consumers. For instance, sales of pure electric vehicles (EVs) saw a remarkable 22% increase quarter-over-quarter. They also rose 9% year-over-year. In addition, plug-in hybrid models performed well with a solid 20% sales growth.

The Mercedes-Benz Vans division sold 83,800 units in Q3. Specifically, electric models now account for 14% of its sales, a 25% increase quarter-over-quarter. Year-to-date, 20,200 electric vans have been sold. As a result, this is a 61% surge compared to the same period last year.

High-End Segment Sees 10% Growth

Demand for top-tier luxury remains a key driver of Mercedes-Benz’s success. The passenger car division, for example, sold 441,500 units in the third quarter. Globally, high-end model sales reached 67,800 units. Notably, this is a 10% year-over-year increase and captures a 15.4% share of the segment. This growth was particularly strong in the Chinese market, where sales grew by 13%.

Iconic Models Lead the Charge

The iconic S-Class family continues its legacy. In fact, sales climbed to 28,300 units in Q3. This marks an 11% increase from Q2 and a 9% rise from Q3 2024. Furthermore, the AMG and G-Class models posted impressive sales growth of 6% and 31%, respectively.

Global Markets Show Positive Momentum

Beyond China, Mercedes-Benz saw positive results across various regions. For example, European sales increased by 2%, led by strong performance in Germany (+3%), Spain (+5%), and Poland (+20%). Meanwhile, other key markets also contributed significantly. These included Turkey (+15%) and South America (+45%).
